For planning or zoning issues, we recommend that you first review the town’s zoning map and zoning policy.
Next call the Town Office and ask for an application.
The application can be picked up in person at Town Hall located at 601 Main Street, received by mailed, or completed online (preferred).
Once your application is reviewed you will be contacted with any questions or to schedule a meeting with the zoning board if necessary.
Boards Meeting location is at the utility building conference room 114 Montgomery St.

Regular meeting time is @ 6:00pm.
